Fieldra, a registered trade name of Proteus Technologies, LLC, provides optional recurring operational text notifications to Fieldra users and authorized project participants.
These are the operational messages Fieldra sends now. None of them are marketing. Every one of them names Fieldra first, names the contracting business you are working with, and offers STOP.
The one-time invitation. Sent once per working relationship, to ask whether you want text updates at all. Ignoring it is a complete answer — nothing recurring follows.
Scheduling confirmations. Sent when a contractor has booked you for work, asking you to confirm you will be there.
These are sent at most four times per booking — around 14 days, 7 days and 2 days before the work starts, and on the day itself. The contractor chooses which of those points to use, and may switch the whole feature off. Each point sends at most one message, and confirming stops the rest.
A message from the contractor about a job you are working on, so you know to open the workspace.
Your bid was accepted. Sent to the company whose quote was chosen.
Your start date changed. Sent only when the date actually moves — not when a record is saved without changing it.
The one-time invitation. The same rule applies: one message, and ignoring it ends the matter. A contractor entering your phone number is not consent.
After you reply START, Fieldra may text you when something on your project needs you or changes:
Fieldra is adding operational notification types to the product over time. As those features are enabled, participants who have opted in may also receive messages that include:
This list describes the intended scope of the program, not messages Fieldra sends today. Every one of them is operational — about work the recipient is a party to — and none of them is advertising or promotional. Opt-in, frequency, and the STOP and HELP handling below apply to all of them.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out.
Fieldra sends text notifications only to people who have affirmatively opted in to receive Fieldra SMS notifications. Consent may be provided through an explicit SMS opt-in presented in the Fieldra app or workspace, or through another documented Fieldra consent process. A company adding a person’s phone number to a Fieldra project or account does not by itself enroll that person in recurring Fieldra SMS notifications.
Consent has two steps, and both must happen before Fieldra sends you anything about a job. First, a contractor adds your business number and confirms you agreed to receive scheduling messages — that permits the single invitation above, and nothing else. Second, you reply START. Only then does Fieldra send notifications. If you ignore the invitation, that is a complete answer; you will not be invited again.
You are asked inside the product instead, on a “Text updates” card in your workspace. Turning it on is a request rather than a switch: Fieldra sends one invitation to your number, and you confirm by replying START.
Consent is per company and per contractor. A company agreeing to be texted on its office line is not an individual agreeing to be texted on their own handset, and Fieldra treats those as separate. If the number on a record is later changed, the earlier consent does not carry over to the new number.
Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing Fieldra or of using an otherwise available Fieldra service, unless a specific communication is inherently necessary to provide a service you requested.
This page is informational. It is a description of the Fieldra message program, not an opt-in form; opt-in happens inside Fieldra.
Reply STOP to any Fieldra text message and Fieldra will stop texting that number immediately and permanently. STOPALL, PARAR, BAJA, CANCELAR, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT work the same way. Your mobile carrier delivers the opt-out confirmation.
An opt-out cannot be reversed by the contractor or by Fieldra. Only you can restart messages, by replying START yourself — UNSTOP, ALTA and JOIN also work. YES restarts messages only if you are not already subscribed; if you are, YES answers the scheduling question a confirmation asked.
Reply HELP at any time — or INFO or AYUDA — and you will get a single reply naming the business, what the messages are for, and how to stop them. You can also contact us any time at support@fieldra.net or +1 (201) 377-9077.
Opting out of SMS does not close your Fieldra account and does not necessarily stop other permitted notification channels, such as in-app or email notifications.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Scheduling confirmations accept Y (or YES) to confirm and N (or NO) to decline. Your answer is recorded against the booking so the contractor sees it straight away. Anything else is passed to the contractor rather than interpreted automatically.
