We typically respond within one business day. Please include your company name and a short description of the issue (screenshots help).

Signing in: enter your work phone number or email on the login screen and tap “Send sign-in code.” Enter the code we text, message, or email you. No password needed.
Didn't get a code? Double-check the number/email is the one your company admin added, wait a few seconds, then tap “Resend.” Codes arrive by text, WhatsApp, or email depending on how your admin set you up.
New to Fieldra? Fieldra is for teams — your company admin adds you with your phone number, then you sign in with it. If you're setting up a company, get started at fieldra.net.
Field workers: after signing in you'll see today's work — clock in/out, view your schedule, upload photos, and ask Fieldra questions.

How do I add my crew?: Owners and office managers can add people with a name and phone number — no invites to send. Your team downloads Fieldra and signs in with that number. Adding a person does not automatically enroll them in optional Fieldra SMS notifications.
How does clock-in work?: Workers clock in and out from the app. With location permission, Fieldra can note the job-site location at clock-in/out for verification; this happens only at punch time, never in the background.
Is my data secure?: Yes — all data is encrypted in transit. You control your account and can request deletion at any time by contacting support.
How do I manage my plan or billing?: Plans are managed on the web at fieldra.net — the app is the free companion to your workspace.
